This business is excellent for conveyancing, easy to deal with and very experienced with legal work buying and selling properties. Ask for Mary or Rick (Hornsby office). That review was from 2020. Let me update it, Decemeber 2025. Mary has once again been fantastic, my son found an apartment and agreed a price  and only then did he ring Mary, around midday Monday. By 4PM Tuesday the contracts were exchanged with all legal checks done, all while the estate agent was threatening to sell to someone else.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I used Austates a couple of weeks back to do a "simultaneous settlement" selling my apartment and buying a house. Although the process was tricky, Austates kept me up-to-date with everything, and it all went well. They aren't the cheapest, but they are the best. You get what you pay for in this industry... When it comes to buying and / or selling your most important asset, it makes sense to use the best. The last conveyancers I used turned my black hair grey, and treated me like a mug for asking questions. Not so with Austates. Shout-outs to 3 of the best Bunnies fans; Mary, Frank and Rob.
